Gratitude comes from a thankful heart in both trials and blessings of life. As Christians, we are exhorted to be thankful even in suffering (Rom 5:3-5; James 1:1-4) and to keep going in the name of Jesus. When someone is thankless it shows that they are godless and wicked (Rom 1:18-21).
