Strangers Buy Car For Man Who Walks Miles To Work Each Day

A 20-year-old man who walk miles to work every day got the surprise of a lifetime from some generous strangers. Justin Korva was on his three miles routine walk, when Rockwall resident Andy Mitchell offered him a ride, Korva told him about how he was trying to better himself and had been saving up to buy a car. After realizing Korva’s situation, Mitchell decided to help him. He and some of his friends teamed up and secretly started a fundraising campaign by setting up a donation box at a local restaurant. On Friday, Mitchell and his friends surprised Korva – whom many of them had never even met with a brand new car.

Verse of the Day

“This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing. Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.”

Romans 13:6-7
