Airline Employee Goes Above And Beyond For Mom Who Lost Her Cancer Medication At Airport

Southwest airlines worker Sarah Rowan showed the true meaning of customer service by delivering the lost luggage of a cancer patient at her home. Stacy Hurt who has stage four colon cancer arrived at Pennsylvania from Nashville to make it to her chemotherapy appointment the next morning. Unfortunately her luggage had not arrived there. Inside the lost bag, there were a number of valuable things including important drugs and emotional objects that she wanted for her chemo session the next day. The desperated mom spoke to Southwest airlines worker Sarah Rowan about her situation. Rowan tirelessly searched for the luggage and she found it by 3 a.m. The carriers were not available that time, so Rowan delivered the bag to Hurt’s doorstep herself and left a heartwarming note to Hurt.
