A heartwarming story coming from Culver city, California, is all about police training and bravery.
Police officer Brian Capell was on his rounds, and just one street away, when he got called by a little girl Aria Lockridge, whose 9-month-old baby sister Harley, was choking, she did not waste time but immediately ran for help.
As Cappell followed Aria to the sight, he saw a disturbing sight. Harley was choking up after having a baby snack, she stopped breathing, and had blood coming from her mouth.
“It always makes you nervous, but it’s one of those things,” Cappell said, “But your training just kicks in.”

His body cam captured him flipping the infant over and striking her back. Then the baby began to cry. Harley’s mother, Janet Lockridge, said, “As soon as we heard that cry, it was like an angel. It was like God sent his angel through him.
“I asked him, I said, ‘Can I just hug you?’ And I burst into tears, and his first reaction was, ‘Can I hold her?’’”

Cappell too was extremely shaken, “I’ve been here 19 years, and I’ve never experienced something like this before,” he said.
