A heart wrenching photo of a police officer hugging a man embracing reported to be missing is melting thousands of hearts online.
The Rohnert Park Police Department in Rohnert Park, California, helped in finding a missing special needs person and put up a picture of the moment on Facebook.
The man was located by Officer Justin Thompson alone on a creek path and showed him empathy and care.
The police department posted on social media that Thompson “is really feeling the love today”.
