Perseverance is an important virtue we all need to live a successful Christian life. It helps us to be grounded in the word of God and brings out the best in us. Our characters are proven and built through perseverance in our walk with God.
In the world where we are living today, so many things are happening around us that could make us lose faith in who God has called us to be. But through perseverance, the goodness of God through his son Jesus is revealed in our lives.
We are able to overcome the trials and tribulations of this world when we are perseverant and persistent in the word of God. Perseverance helps us in seeking God and increases the knowledge of God in our lives.
Here are some verses from the Bible which encourages us to be perseverant in our walk with the Lord:
