One Voice Children’s Choir Sings Joyous Christmas Carol ‘Feliz Navidad’

The One Voice Children’s Choir has brought a fresh wave of holiday cheer with their latest rendition of ‘Feliz Navidad.’

One Voice Children's Choir Feliz Navidad

This well-loved Christmas song, originally by José Feliciano, has been a festive favorite since 1970. But in the hands of these talented youngsters, it takes on a new life.

The performance kicks off with a young boy, his voice smooth and calming, singing in Spanish to the gentle rhythm of a guitar. Before you know it, a young girl joins him, her voice blending in perfectly. But hold on, at about 52 seconds in, things take a fun twist. The song shifts gears, becoming more energetic and vibrant, and dancers in colorful outfits join in, making it a full-blown festive celebration.

By the time we hit 1:24, it’s a full chorus of kids, their voices mingling in a cheerful harmony that’s hard not to smile at. The dancers add to the fun, turning the song into a visual feast as well.

Verse of the Day

“And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”

Luke 2:8-11
