We have been commanded by Jesus to not worry about tomorrow but to take it one day at a time. His love is never-ending and His mercies are new every morning.

In their latest song, “One Day At A Time” they have a 5 voice arrangement and are amazing as always. Today LSQ is featuring Anupa Paul who blows us away with her melodious voice and control.

‘One Day at a Time’ is a Christian country song written by Marijohn Wilkin and Kris Kristofferson and was released in 1980. It has been covered by innumerable singers but it was Cristy Lane’s 1980 version that became popular in the U.S and took the song to its heights of popularity.

I’m only human, I’m just a woman
Help me believe in what I could be
And all that I am
Show me the stairway, I have to climb
Lord for my sake, teach me to take
One day at a time

Jesus tells us not to worry about tomorrow in Matthew 6:34. Again in Matthew 6:11, He tells us to ask God for our daily provision.

One day at a time sweet Jesus
That’s all I’m asking of You
Just give me the strength
To do everyday what I have to do
Yesterday’s gone sweet Jesus
And tomorrow may never be mine
Lord help me today, show me the way
One day at a time

God has a plan for our lives because He truly wants us to experience his presence daily. We need to obey His word and do as He tells us to and the rest will be taken care of by Him.

Verse of the Day

“So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.”

Luke 2:16-20
