Young Man Belts Out Breathtaking Rendition Of ‘Hallelujah’ And Wins The Competition

It was a performance to remember when 19-year-old Michael Rice won the very first season of All Together Now with a passionate rendition of ‘Hallelujah.’

It is a BBC show with a panel of 100 judges from the UK with a musical background, including performers, producers, and other experts in the music industry. As the artist starts performing, the 100 can turn their light on, stand up and sing along and the contestant with the most amount of lights will get to the next round in the competition.

Michael earned a perfect score with his rousing rendition of ‘Proud Mary’ in the first round, and sailed through the first two rounds to become a finalist where he tore the competition apart with ‘Hallelujah’ and was crowned the very first winner of The All Together.

Verse of the Day

“And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”

Luke 2:8-11
