The Life in 3D siblings deliver a breathtaking rendition of ‘You Raise Me Up.’
‘You Raise Me Up’ was originally composed by Rolf Løvland with lyrics by Brendan Graham. It was first brought to life by Secret Garden and Brian Kennedy.
Although it didn’t come to the spotlight initially, the song became widely popular after Josh Groban and Westlife released their versions in the mid-2000s.
Today, the talented siblings from Life in 3D are inspiring us with their spirited performance. Their incredible harmonies and emotional vocals beautifully convey the message of the song.
The powerful lyrics of ‘You Raise Me Up’ remind us of God’s comforting presence during our hardest times. They encourage us to seek strength and solace in Him when we feel down.
When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary
When troubles come and my heart burdened be
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence
Until You come and sit awhile with me.
Many viewers were moved by their performance. One wrote, “I am sitting here in uncontrollable tears. I cannot begin to imagine what your kids could do for the Lord with those beautiful voices He’s given you!”
Another person wrote, “Dear Beautiful family, astounding harmonious arrangement and performance!! Smooth as silk key change. Effortlessly sung by all of you!! Josh will be proud of all of you. Stunning!! Thank you all so much for sharing your God gifted talent.”
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” – Psalm 46:1
