Talented Musician Plays Kalimba On ‘Oceans’

Popular YouTuber Karina Javier has shared a Kalimba cover of Hillsong United’s ‘Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)’.

The Kalimba is an African thumb piano which is a percussion instrument made of thin metal blades (keys) on a soundbox. The keys are mounted in such a way to produce different notes when they are struck by the thumbs and the soundbox is held by the fingers.

You call me out upon the waters
The great unknown where feet may fail
And there I find You in the mystery
In oceans deep

And keep my eyes above the waves

Karina does a fabulous job at playing this iconic Hillsong United song which has been sung all over the world and continues to draw people into worshiping God.
