Jesus loves children because they have the purest hearts that see His truth with clarity and wonder. If we plant a seed of faith in their hearts, it grows into a fruitful tree that flourishes and impacts many other lives.

Most kids today spend their time playing games, watching TV, and using social media, but here we see a young boy who chose to learn about Jesus through the Word of God.

Jesus in the Old Testament

Jack began his presentation with Genesis, painting a picture of Jesus as the seed of woman. His clear voice carried through the books of the Bible, each description building on the last.

In Exodus, Jesus appeared as the Passover lamb. In Leviticus, He stood as our high priest. Numbers showed Him as the pillar of cloud and fire guiding God’s people, while Deuteronomy revealed Him as a prophet like Moses.

The historical books came alive as Jack described Jesus as the captain of our salvation in Joshua, our judge and lawgiver in Judges, and our kinsman redeemer in Ruth.

Jack’s words brought fresh meaning to familiar stories, showing Jesus in roles we might have missed – as our trusted prophet in Samuel, our reigning king in Kings and Chronicles, and our Mordecai in Esther.

The poetry books revealed Jesus as our shepherd in Psalms and our wisdom in Proverbs. Through the major and minor prophets, Jack shared beautiful images of Jesus – the prince of peace in Isaiah, the righteous branch in Jeremiah, and the fourth man in Daniel’s fiery furnace. Each prophet’s vision added another brush stroke to the portrait of our Savior.

Jesus in the Gospels and Epistles

Moving into the New Testament, Jack showed how the Gospels present different facets of Jesus – the King of the Jews in Matthew, the Servant in Mark, the Son of Man in Luke, and the Son of God in John.

Through Paul’s letters, we saw Jesus as the righteousness of God, our liberty, our joy, and our completeness.

The presentation reached its pinnacle when Jack described Jesus in Revelation as our coming King.

The power of Jack’s presentation came through in his closing declarations about Jesus: “He was bruised and brought healing! He was pierced and eased pain! He was persecuted and brought freedom! He was dead and brought life!” These words rang with truth that touched everyone present.

Jack’s clear message spoke to every heart: “The world can’t understand him, the armies can’t defeat Him, the schools can’t explain Him, and the leaders can’t ignore Him.

Jack reminded us that no power – not Herod, not Nero, not Hitler – could silence the message of Jesus Christ.

This homeschooled sixth grader showed us how God’s truth speaks through young voices. Each description of Jesus built on the last, creating a complete picture of our Savior’s character and work.

The presentation ended with personal words of faith that spoke to every heart: “He is my Redeemer, He is my Savior, He is my guide, and He is my peace! He is my Joy, He is my comfort, He is my Lord, and He rules my life!

When life gets busy with work, responsibilities, and daily tasks, we often struggle to make time for God’s Word. Jack Stockton’s remarkable presentation reminds us to reset our priorities.

This young man’s dedication to studying and sharing Scripture challenges us to spend more time meditating on God’s word.

Like Jack’s parents, every parent must prioritize teaching God’s word to their children above all else. We should focus on teaching the values Jesus taught us, remembering that love and kindness matter more than any worldly achievements.

Let his example inspire us to nurture our children’s spiritual growth and help them discover the joy of knowing Jesus through Scripture.
