Two Women Singing ‘It Is Well’ In A Hotel Lobby Is Absolutely Beautiful

The two powerhouse singers from Minneapolis, Minnesota, have earned a good number of followers on social media due to their soul stirring covers of the classic hymns. They have both grown up as Preacher’s Daughters, who traveled and sang together. They are using their combined rich heritage of faith and love for gospel music to fuel their singing career.

‘It Is Well’ was written by Horation Spafford and composed by Philip Bliss. Spafford wrote the song after experiencing a spate of personal tragedies in his life after he lost his young son and the next was the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, which ruined him financially.
