A woman’s farewell message before her death went viral and it touched the hearts of thousands.
Daniella faced a rare, aggressive cancer known as cholangiocarcinoma. This cancer, which started in her bile ducts, was beyond her control. Despite this, she chose to share a powerful message of love and gratitude on LinkedIn.
“Although we can’t control what happens to us, we can control how we react,” she wrote.
She expressed gratitude for every aspect of her life. From her family and friends to her dog Leo, Daniella found joy in everything. “I LOVED my life,” she declared, showcasing her appreciation and love.
Her farewell encouraged others to cherish life’s simple moments. “Enjoy the little things in life and cherish every moment! Romanticise your life!” Daniella advised, spreading her message of positivity and joy.
She thanked her loved ones for their role in her magical life. She shared a touching quote from Winnie the Pooh, “If ever there is a tomorrow when we’re not together, there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we’re apart… I’ll always be with you.”
Daniella’s words to her fiancé, Tom, were particularly moving. “I love you and always will. Thank you for supporting me and bringing so much love and happiness into my life. Go enjoy your life now, you deserve it.”
Let us remember Daniella’s story as a reminder that God grants us the strength to face any challenge with grace and gratitude. In honoring His gift of life, we find joy and purpose in every moment.
