Our elders have so much wisdom to share with us. Their years of faith and life teach them things we might miss as we rush through our days. God works through people of every age, and often the best wisdom comes from those who have known Him the longest.

This sweet moment was caught on video and shared on YouTube. The elderly woman was shopping when a man with a camera approached her.

He offered her $200 if she could answer some Bible questions. Though surprised, she was ready for the challenge.

The man probably thought the senior might have trouble with the questions. But he was about to be pleasantly surprised.

The woman answered each question without hesitation, showing her deep knowledge of Scripture.

When he asked who defeated Goliath, she quickly said “David.” When asked to name a Bible book starting with P, she said “Philippians.”

Then he asked what Jesus taught, and her response was quick, “You must be born again.”

She knew that Zacchaeus climbed a tree to see Jesus. When asked for a Bible book starting with G, she answered “Genesis.”

For his last question, “Who is the Lord of Lords and King of Kings?” she confidently said “Jesus Christ.”

The man kept his promise and gave her $200 for her correct answers. She seemed shocked by the money and thought it might not be real. “No, that’s true,” she said, looking unsure about taking it.

“No, I promise you, it’s for you,” he assured her. “No, it’s not fake, it’s real.”

But the best part came after she won the money. When asked what one thing she would tell everyone about the Lord, she boldly shared the gospel: “Never be without Him. There’s no other way – today, tomorrow and forever.”

Those few words carried all her years of faith and life experience. This 92-year-old summed up in a sentence what many long sermons try to say – we need God every single day of our lives.
