An adorable dog had a funny reaction after being told it couldn’t have any more snacks.
We have all been there, wanting something so badly but being told no. Maybe it is a child begging for more candy or us eyeing that last cookie we know we should not eat. It is frustrating, but sometimes those limits are for our own good.
A short video posted online shows a dog sitting on the couch, looking completely upset. Its body language says it all—it won’t even look at the camera. The woman behind the camera, sensing the mood, asks, “You mad at me?”
The dog doesn’t respond, but its sulking expression makes it clear that the answer is yes. The woman then explains why the dog isn’t getting more treats. “You can’t have more snacks. You already had a bunch. You know I love you, but you can’t have more snacks.” Despite her kind tone, the dog stays stubbornly distant.
She then adds something that makes things even worse. “You need to go on a diet.” Anyone who has ever been told they need to cut back on food can probably relate! No one likes hearing that, and judging by the dog’s face, it wasn’t happy about it either.
The video quickly became popular, with people laughing at the dog’s dramatic reaction.
We have all prayed for something, hoping for a yes, but sometimes God says no. It can be disappointing and hard to understand.
But just like a loving parent, God says no because He sees the bigger picture. He knows what is best for us, even when we don’t.
