There is nothing like the bond between a mother and the baby. Expressions are enough for their communication, but the parents voice can be so soothing to a baby. Here Archer Ruiz who is only 3 month old was born with permanent moderate to severe bilateral hearing loss later corrected with the hearing device. Ruiz hears his parents voice for the first time and priceless reaction.
