Freshman Michael Todd said that his first weeks of high school were scary because of the bullying.

He froze when he was taken out of third period by his classmates, but then football players Kristopher Graham and Antwan Garrett handed him a gift.

Graham and Garrett decided to surprise him with brand new clothes and new shoes to make his life more easy.

Todd said, “It was the best day of my entire life.” That was such a sweet gesture by Graham and Garrett for freshman Todd, their act of kindness must have made his life much better.

Verse of the Day

“If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.”

1 Corinthians 13:1-3
