Chick-fil-A employees are known to be the most kindhearted and generous in the country and just when we thought that they were amazing, a new incident of compassion and exemplary service shown by them has swept us away.

The kind action was witnessed by Jessica Gomez from Corpus Christi, Texas, who saw a Chick-fil-A employee at the La Palmera Mall food court do something so touching, that she had to snap a photo of the act. She said, “While eating at the mall with my family I saw this lovely girl help this man out.” she shared on her Facebook.

Gomez went on “I’ve seen this man several times here by himself,” and added, “This employee sat with him and fed him his food. She went above and beyond.” She added that the lady did not really have to do what she did, because whenever the man goes there to eat, he is on his on, but this worker cut his food into pieces and went back several times to get him whatever he needed.

People who know the man say that his name is Arturo and that he would always go into Greenwood Walmart and meet and talk to whoever had time to talk to him. Gomez is yet to find out who the young woman is in order to thank her and give her recognition, and some commenters have even tagged the Chick-fil-A corporate page as well as Ellen DeGeneres!

Gomez says it’s rare to see an employee nowadays staying with a customer, feeding them and keeping them company.

Verse of the Day

“And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”
