All-Female A Cappella Choir Performs Stunning Cover of ‘Gloria’ (Angels We Have Heard On High)

BYU Noteworthy Delivers a Stunning Rendition of the Popular Christmas Carol ‘Angels We Have Heard On High’. The hymn tune ‘Gloria,’ originated from a traditional French song and was later translated into English by James Chadwick. The song beautifully narrates the birth of Jesus Christ as depicted in the Gospel of Luke.

Today, the all-female a cappella group BYU Noteworthy presents another exceptional version of this song, bringing the nativity scene to life.

Verse of the Day

“And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”

Luke 2:8-11
