Bus Driver Builds Ramp To Help a 10-Year-Old Girl In Wheelchair

When Thomas Mitchell noticed a mother struggling to get her wheel chair bound 10-year-old daughter down the stairs of their home. The substitute school bus driver wanted to help them. So this kind-hearted man build a ramp for her.
