Brooke Robertson performs a beautiful acoustic cover of ‘10,000 Reasons.’
‘10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord)’ is a worship song co-written by Matt Redman and Jonas Myrin in 2011. In 2013, the song won two Grammy Awards for “Best Contemporary Christian Music Song” and “Best Gospel/Contemporary Christian Music Performance”.
Bless the Lord O my soul
O my soul
Worship His Holy name
Sing like never before
O my soul
I’ll worship Your Holy name
The song was inspired from Psalm 103: “Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name”. It is also based on the 19th-century English hymn “Praise, My Soul, the King of Heaven” written by Henry Francis Lyte.
The sun comes up
It’s a new day dawning
It’s time to sing Your song again
Whatever may pass
And whatever lies before me
Let me be singing
When the evening comes
Our hearts are blessed today with this beautiful cover of ‘10,000 Reasons’ by Brooke Robertson and we are led to praise and worship the Lord this morning.
Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD,O my soul, and forget not all his benefits :”( Psalm 103-1)
