Singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles first sang this song in 2013.

It immediately went to the top of the music charts and led to numerous covers.

The beautiful lyrics tell us to be strong and get going.

You can be amazing
You can turn a phrase into a weapon or a drug
You can be the outcast
Or be the backlash of somebody’s lack of love
Or you can start speaking up

The children of One Voice CHildren’s Choir are spreading so much cheer with this rendition of ‘Brave.’

Say what you wanna say
And let the words fall out
Honestly, I wanna see you be brave
With what you want to say
And let the words fall out
Honestly, I wanna see you be brave

One Voice Children’s Choir wrote about it on their page, “Remember that exercising courage allows ordinary people to do extraordinary things. Life really does begin outside of our comfort zones!”

We feel encouraged and uplifted with this version of the song and we hope to hear many such covers by this talented group.

Please SHARE this with your friends and family.

Verse of the Day

“And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”

Luke 2:8-11
