Friendship is one of the best gifts from God to us in life. We find trusted friends who know us and love us for who we are in good friends. Friendship can cause problems for us as well and it takes a lot of work and maintenance to keep a healthy and long-lasting friendship. Friends are the ones who will also see us through our challenges and difficulties in life and who show us their love and care. They help us during a crisis with words of wisdom from the word of God to help build us up.
We should never ever take our friendships for granted and should look to the Bible on how to choose good friends and on how important having friends are in our lives. Stay in touch with friends and share the word of God with them in the form of texts or messages to build them and their families up. Here are some Bible verses on friendship that will help give you more insight into a friendship based on the word of God.
