The Mount Royal Kantorei, a Calgary-based choir, is known for their clear, rich harmonies. Their stirring a cappella version of “Be still, my soul,” showcases this talent beautifully. With a scenic backdrop of Elbow Falls in Alberta, the choir’s performance brings the soul to peace and comfort.

“Be still, my soul” was written by Katharina Von Schlegel in German and later translated to English by Jane Laurie Brothwick. The popular classic urges steadfastness and trust in God through life’s tumults.
