Leopold Wilbur Reppond, we can call him Leo, was born with an extreme rare condition called Oculocutaneous Albinism (OCA) which affects one in 20,000 children, it causes damages to their skin, hair and eyes and it also results in bad vision. Leo, the four-month-old Seattle baby had never clearly seen his parents. This is the beautiful moment, Leo clearly sees his mom’s face for the first time in his life, when his mom Erin, put a specially made glass from Miraflex. This cute video was captured by his dad David with tearful eyes.
