The heart of man is a very important part of human life. When we keep our hearts healthy then our bodies will also be in good health. The contents of our hearts will determine the outward result of who we are.
So, therefore, to keep our hearts healthy and in tune with God, we need to understand what the bible says through the word of God about our hearts. Proverbs 23:7 “For as a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.”
More especially for us to receive salvation from God, We have to believe His word with our hearts. Romans 10:10 “For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”
When we believe the words of God in our hearts, we will be saved but when we believe the words of the devil in our hearts, we will be destroyed.
